Mulholland Constructions was founded by Paul Mulholland in 2006. Paul has lived on the Kapiti Coast for over 20 years and is a qualified master builder with extensive experience in designing and building quality homes. Paul leads a team of qualified professional Trades people who unlike many competitor company’s are direct employees of Mulholland Constructions. This organizational approach ensures particular pride is given to each and every project. Over the years Mulholland Constructions has developed effective partnerships with all associated trades businesses ensuring construction projects are managed to a timeline and standard second to none.
