Mulholland Constructions specialize in designing and constructing quality residential homes. While many of our homes are targeted at the high end investor, we also handle foundations, driveways, additions, alterations, and investment builds to suit all budgets.
We are a construction company. We consult and plan each project based on its individual brief and constraints. Rather than make you choose from a set of existing plans, we can design a specific plan taking into account budget criteria, land type, specific needs and aesthetic desire. Our project management can include design and plans, engineering consultation, Council permits, supply and management of all sub-contractors, right through to Code of Compliance Certificate and key-handover.
